If you would like to be considered in the entertainment lineup for one of our events, please provide requested information below via email.  

Information provided should include:

• Name of band or business 
• Type of music you play or type of entertainment you provide (karaoke, gospel, bluegrass, country, blues, rock, southern rock, etc.)
• Samples of your music being played if you have never performed at one of our events before (video files, audio files)
• Number of members
• Contact information:  name, email, phone number (for text updates)
• Social Media links
• Compensation requested* 

Entertainment is scheduled on Friday and Saturday nights during the Spring Carnival and Tuesday thru Saturday each night of the Fall Agricultural Fair, and the entertainment lineup typically fills up six to eight months or more prior to events.  

* Compensation rates are set by JCFA's Board prior to each event and entertainment is paid a flat fee for one night of entertainment from approx. 7:00p to 10:30p+/- on the night they are scheduled.
