Admission Gates open nightly @ 5:30p  

$5 CASH Ages 6 and up @ Gates 1 - 3 

$5 + processing fee for electronic payments Ages 6 and up (Gate 4 only)

FREE ADMISSION:  Age 5 and under & wheelchair bound and one companion FREE ADMISSION:  Active & retired military, and first responders with valid ID

FREE SELF-PARKING FOR EVENT  

Rides and Games open @ 6:00p nightly.   Individual ride & game tickets and unlimited ride hand-stamp available for purchase from amusement vendor  (Admission required to purchase) 

Stroll through the Exhibit Building on your way into the Fairgrounds where local vendors will be providing items for sale and provide information on community businesses and organizations.

COMMERCIAL VENDOR BOOTH SPACES

A limited number of rental spaces will be available in the Individual Exhibit Building directly behind the Admission Gates where all Guests pass through on their way into the Fairgrounds. 

Single rental spaces are 6' wide @ $35, or two adjoining spaces @ $50.  Rental fee covers all five nights of the event and Vendors will be provided two free passes to enter the Fairgrounds.  

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the Spring Carnival, please download the Vendor Rental Application (pdf format; link below), fill in requested information and return the first two pages via email to info@jacksoncountyALfair.com to reserve a space.  Mail application and check or money order for the appropriate rental fee to:  JCFA, PO Box 1337, Scottsboro, AL  35768-1337 to finalize and book the rental. 

Applications and rental fees are due by May 2, 2025. 

Note: Rental fee is for floor space only and JCFA does not rent or provide tables, chairs or partitions

What time do the Admission Gates open?

Admission gates open at 5:30p each night of the event.

How much does it cost to get in?

Admission is $5 CASH for ages 6 and up at Gates 1 - 3.  Electronic payments are accepted at Gate 4 ONLY and include an additional processing fee. 

What time do the Admission Gates close?

Admission gate closing times vary.  Anticipated closing times (not guaranteed) are:  Tuesday @ 9:30p; Wednesday & Thursday @ 10:00p; Friday & Saturday @ 11:00p.  Gates may close earlier and may stay open later depending on admissions and weather.  

Does the admission price include games & rides?

No.  Admission charge is only to allow entry onto the Fairgrounds.  Individual tickets for rides and games, and unlimited ride handstamp can be purchased from amusement vendor.

Can I bring my pet with me?

No, pets are not allowed on the Fairgrounds.  Only service animals recognized by the ADA are allowed.  

What if I lose something while attending the Spring Carnival?

Lost and Found will be marked.  You may also provide your contact information and description of the items lost to a member of JCFA.  If your item is found you will be contacted as soon as possible.
